Paradisus Cancún, one of the most iconic resorts in Mexico’s Caribbean, is undergoing a transformative renovation that will redefine the guest experience while preserving the timeless charm that has made it a landmark in Cancún’s hotel zone. This Paradisus Cancun renovation is designed to elevate what guests and groups love most is its striking architecture, lush tropical setting, and beachfront location along turquoise waters and pristine beaches.
Representing an investment of more than $50 million USD, these Paradisus Cancun renovations will enhance every facet of the resort. The central focus of this Paradisus Cancun remodel will be the in-room experience at both The Reserve Unique Adults Only and The Family Concierge: with 658 suites reimagined through refined décor inspired by Cancún’s natural beauty, upgraded amenities, and integrated modern technologies, creating havens of comfort, functionality, and a more premium “at-destination” stay for incentive qualifiers and VIP attendees.

With this new chapter, Paradisus Cancún is preparing to meet the evolving expectations of modern travelers and the growing needs of the Meeting, Incentive, Conference and Exhibitions market. Meeting and event spaces will be modernized with advanced audiovisual systems, flexible layouts, and inspiring design, supporting everything from intimate executive sessions to large-scale conferences. The property will now feature 22 breakout spaces, including a new ballroom, and over 32,000 square feet of multi-function event space. This is an upgrade that gives planners more options for general sessions, breakouts, branded receptions, and gala-style evenings.

The renovation introduces new dining concepts, exclusive lounges, and vibrant social spaces that can enhance on-site group flow between sessions and celebrations. Guests will enjoy an array of culinary experiences with authentic Mexican flavors and global cuisine, at fully renovated restaurants including Vibra, Sal and Cappella, for a total of 9 restaurants
