All of our team building programs are combined with rich training content, group debriefs, and in a casual fun environment and personal action planning so that learning continues long after the workshop is over. Additionally, we can integrate team assessments, personality profiles, and other tools to make the experience even more valuable.
Farm to Table Organic Cooking Class
Our unique class begins with a tour of the fields under cultivation where each student will receive a notebook containing information on the different organic products as well as a list of ingredients required for the recipes they will learn to prepare. Students are able to experience being in the field gathering their own ingredients. From the fields, we will head up to the ranch house to wash up and gather around the kitchen’s central island. The chef will start with a short biography, and then quickly move on to an in depth discussion of each recipe, including techniques and procedures. Students will get to taste and smell each of the ingredients they use. Once the recipes have been completed, students will move to the seating area for a family style dinner, sampling each of the dishes they have just prepared.
Baja Challenge
The general idea of creating this team building event is to make the interaction fun while combining some of the history of Los Cabos and the Baja Peninsula. The challenges are fun and the goal is to make everyone become a team. All the information and clues are provided during the team building trip (names of places that are important in the area, but also will be included in the list of stops and places we visit). We use Motor coaches for this rally when the group supersedes 100 people. Note we have room for 45 people on each team or motor coach and break teams up with a different bandana or shirt and theme. The end of the challenge is at the resort ending on the beach with the envelopes being collected and prizes being awarded to the winning team. Awards are included. Lunch at the resort or hotel is NOT included.
