Los Cabos Operations Manager
Paola Quintero has over six years of experience as a special event/incentive travel specialist, creating high-touch programs for her clients. As a native of Mexico, Paola is bi-lingual and has extensive experience with operating incentive programs in Mexico, and other global destinations. Paola joined the Meeting Incentive Experts Chicago team in 2011 as Account Manager. During 5 years with MIE, she planned and operated many successful programs in Cancun – Riviera Maya, Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos. In February of 2016 she took a position with Creative Group Inc. as Program Manager to further her event planning and operation skills.
She was responsible for client management and leadership, project implementation, onsite execution, creative solutions development and financials. She is now thrilled to be back with MIE in our Los Cabos office as Los Cabos Operations Manager. Paola holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Management from Robert Morris University in Chicago including courses in operations management, global marketing, and business strategy.
Paola has been an active member of SITE (Society of Incentive Travel Excellence) being a Chicago Board member and SITE Young Leaders’ committee member during three years. She also holds the CIS designation (Certified Incentive Specialist.). On a personal level, Paola enjoys traveling around the world and meeting new people from other cultures.
