Cancun Transportation Director

Fidel Guzman joins the MIE team with extensive experience in Quality Service, Operations and Transportation.  Fidel was in charge of Guest services at Esperanza, an Auberge Resort in Los Cabos for 12 years.  He then took the challenge of managing transportation for a large company and decided to move to Cancun to join the MIE team as Director of Transportation in 2014.

Fidel’s attention to detail and high level customer service is one of his many talents.  He is experienced in driving a variety of vehicles from Escalades to Mini coaches and coordinating transportation for groups of 10 to 1,200.
