Telesales will be covering your ground transportation to and from the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun for you and your one invited guest from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) on main arrival dates and departure dates only. The hotel is approximately a 25-minute drive from the airport.
Telesales will offer sponsored ground transportation on the following dates:
FROM THE CANCUN AIRPORT: Monday, February 19th
TO THE CANCUN AIRPORT: Friday, February 23rd
IMPORTANT:
- Ground transportation is only provided for you and your one invited guest.
- If you deviate from your invited dates but come in or leave on one of the dates listed above, your transportation will still be covered.
- You will have to make necessary arrangements for any additional guests beyond your main guest.
- If you are deviating arrival or departure dates outside of the dates listed above, you will need to arrange and pay for your own transportation. Secure taxi services are available at the Cancun International Airport (CUN)
- A link will be emailed to those people who are bringing extra guests closer to convention. This link will allow you to register and pay for additional transportation needs. Cost for additional guests regardless of age is $45.00 USD (inclusive of gratuity, one way)
- Ground Transportation to and from the hotel will only be provided from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Should you choose to fly into / out of another airport, you will be responsible to pay and arrange for your own ground transportation to and from the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun.
IMPORTANT: If you are bringing a child who requires a car seat or booster, we highly recommend you travel with your own due to limited availability.

CANCUN AIRPOT PROCEDURES
TERMINAL 3 – International Arrivals
Upon arrival, you will first proceed to Immigration to present your passport. After clearing Immigration, you will collect your luggage from the baggage claim area and continue on through the Customs Hall where agents will be present. You may be selected for inspection, which is random. Once through Customs, continue walking through two sets of sliding glass doors until you are OUTSIDE of the terminal. MIE transportation escorts will be OUTSIDE holding signage with the trip logo. You will be escorted to your transportation vehicle where MIE staff will assist in loading your luggage.
DO NOT accept transportation from any other company inside the airport, only MIE escorts in uniform with your signage located outside of the airport terminal.
TERMINAL 4 – International Arrivals
Upon arrival you will first proceed to Immigration to present your passport. After clearing Immigration, you will collect your luggage from the baggage claim area and continue on through the Customs Hall where agents will be present. You may be selected for inspection, which is random. Once through Customs, continue walking, following the exit signs. At the end of the hallway, you will find two sets of sliding glass doors, one in front of you and other one on your left. Please take the one on your left in order to walk OUT of the terminal. MIE transportation escorts will be at the end of the open-air corridor holding signage with the trip logo. You will be escorted to your transportation vehicle, where MIE staff will assist in loading your luggage.
DO NOT accept transportation from any company that is inside the airport, only MIE escorts in uniform with your signage located outside the airport terminal. DO NOT allow any person or company inside the airport to transfer you to the hotel.
