Cancun International Airport Procedures
TERMINAL 3 – International Arrivals
Upon arrival, you will first proceed to Immigration to present your passport. After clearing Immigration, you will collect your luggage from the baggage claim area and continue on through the Customs Hall where agents will be present. You may be selected for inspection, which is at random. Once through Customs, continue walking through two sets of sliding glass doors until you are OUTSIDE of the terminal. MIE transportation escorts will be OUTSIDE holding signage with the Transcend Health Insurance Ltd. name and logo. You will be escorted to your transportation vehicle where MIE staff will assist in loading your luggage.
DO NOT accept transportation from any other company inside the airport, only MIE escorts in uniform with your signage located outside of the airport terminal.
TERMINAL 4 – International Arrivals
Upon arrival you will first proceed to Immigration to present your passport. After clearing Immigration, you will collect your luggage from the baggage claim area and continue on through the Customs Hall where agents will be present. You may be selected for inspection, which is at random. Once through Customs, continue walking, following the exit signs. At the end of the hallway, you will find two sets of sliding glass doors, one in front of you and other one on your left. Please take the one on your left in order to walk OUT of the terminal. MIE transportation escorts will be at the end of the open-air corridor holding signage with the Transcend Health Insurance Ltd. name and logo. You will be escorted to your transportation vehicle, where MIE staff will assist in loading your luggage.

Transfer to Fairmont Mayakoba is approximately 40 minutes.
