Kumon is pleased to provide free transportation to and from the Cancun International Airport and the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya between between July 5 and July 12, 2025. The hotel is approximately 1-hour and 15 minutes from the airport. Please complete the form at the bottom of the page to register for airport transportation.

 

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ:

1. If you require transportation to and from the airport, you must complete your airport transfer registration below by Monday, June 16, 2025, 5:00 PM Central Standard Time.

2. If you are traveling with children under 6 years old, by law they must be in a car/booster seat while on transportation and are not allowed to travel on motorcoaches.  You must travel with your own car/booster seat as we cannot guarantee availability on site. Please also communicate if you have any handicap requirements for transportation in the form below.

3. Your transportation will be covered if you arrive or depart between July 5 and July 12. 

4. You will need to secure your own transportation if you arrive and/or depart outside of July 5 – July 12. Please see transportation options below:

• HARD ROCK HOTEL RIVIERA MAYA: The hotel offers transportation for an additional cost. More information can be found HERE. 

• ETRANSFERS: You can secure private taxi transportation with Etransfers, a certified taxi service at the Cancun International Airport, either online or upon arrival to Cancun. Please click HERE to secure transportation through Etransfers. When making the hotel selection, be sure to choose the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya.

AIRPORT PROCEDURES

CANCUN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Terminal 2 – International Arrivals
Upon arrival you will first proceed to immigration to present your passport to the immigration agent. After clearing immigration, you will collect your luggage from the baggage claim area and continue walking on through the Customs Hall, where agents will be present. You may be subject to search, which is at random. Once through customs, as you follow the exit signs, the hallway will direct you to a set of sliding glass doors, exit the doors until you are OUTSIDE of the Terminal. MIE transportation escorts will be OUTSIDE holding signage with the Kumon name and logo. You will be escorted to your transportation vehicle where MIE staff will assist in loading your luggage.

Terminal 2 – Domestic Arrivals
Upon arrival you will proceed to collect your checked luggage from the baggage claim area. The exit hallway is right behind the car rental and taxi booths. Once at this point, walk through the first set of sliding glass doors you will find on your right in order to walk OUTSIDE of the terminal. MIE transportation escorts will be OUTSIDE holding signage with the Kumon name and logo. You will be escorted to your transportation vehicle where MIE staff will assist in loading your luggage.

Terminal 3 – International Arrivals
Upon arrival, you will first proceed to Immigration to present your passport. After clearing Immigration, you will collect your luggage from the baggage claim area and continue on through the Customs Hall, where agents will be present. You may be selected for inspection, which is at random. Once through customs, continue walking through two sets of sliding glass doors until you are OUTSIDE of the terminal. MIE transportation escorts will be OUTSIDE holding signage with the Kumon name and logo. You will be escorted to your transportation vehicle where MIE staff will assist in loading your luggage.

Terminal 4 – International Arrivals
Upon arrival you will first proceed to Immigration to present your passport. After clearing Immigration, you will collect your luggage from the baggage claim area and continue on through the Customs Hall, where agents will be present. You may be selected for inspection, which is at random. Once through customs, continue walking, following the exit signs. At the end of the hallway, you will find two sets of sliding glass doors, one in front of you and other one on your left. Please take the one on your left in order to walk OUT of the terminal. MIE transportation escorts will be at the end of the open-air corridor holding signage with the Kumon name and logo. You will be escorted to your transportation vehicle, where MIE staff will assist in loading your luggage.

Terminal 4 – Domestic Arrivals

Upon arrival you will proceed to collect your checked luggage from the baggage claim area. Follow the exit signs. At the end of the hallway, you will find 2 sets of sliding glass doors, one in front of you and other one on your left. Please take the one on your left in order to walk OUTSIDE of the terminal. MIE transportation escorts will be at the end of the open-air corridor holding signage with the Kumon name and logo. You will be escorted to your transportation vehicle where MIE staff will assist in loading your luggage.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT accept transportation from any other person or company inside the airport, only accept transportation from MIE escorts in uniform with your signage located outside of the airport terminal.
