Airport Transportation
Bankers Life / PMA will be covering your ground transportation to and from the Hilton Cancun for you and your one invited guest from Cancun International Airport (CUN) on main arrival dates and departure dates only. The hotel is approximately a 20-minute drive from the airport.
Banker’s Life / PMA will sponsor ground transportation on the following dates:
Cancun International Airport → Hilton Cancun:
TUESDAY, APRIL 1
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 2
THURSDAY, APRIL 3
Hilton Cancun → Cancun International Airport:
SATURDAY, APRIL 5
SUNDAY, APRIL 6
IMPORTANT:
1. Ground transportation is only provided for you and your one invited guest. If you are traveling with children under 6 years old, by law they must be in a car/booster seat while on transportation and are not allowed to travel on motorcoaches. We recommend you travel with your own car/booster seats as we cannot guarantee availability on site. Please also communicate if you have any handicap requirements for transportation.
2. If you arrive or depart on one of the dates listed above, your transportation will still be covered.
3. You will need to purchase transportation if:

You arrive and/or depart outside of the dates listed above. You can secure private taxi transportation with Etransfers, a certified taxi service at the Cancun International Airport, either online or upon arrival to Cancun. Please click HERE to secure transportation through Etransfers. The hotel name is listed as Hilton Puerto Morelos.

You bring an additional guest(s) beyond your one invited guest. Please fill out the form at the bottom of the page to purchase your additional guests’ transportation — THE FORM TO PURCHASE TRANSPORTATION HAS NOW CLOSED.
4. Ground Transportation to and from the hotel will only be provided from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Should you choose to fly into / out of another airport, you will be responsible for paying and arranging for your own ground transportation to and from the Hilton Cancun.
5. No additional reimbursements will be made through any other CNO Financial Group payment processing method such as Concur, FSP, etc. for ground transportation. These requests will be denied.
CANCUN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
TERMINAL 3 – International Arrivals
Upon arrival, you will first proceed to Immigration to present your passport. After clearing Immigration, you will collect your luggage from the baggage claim area and continue on through the Customs Hall where agents will be present. You may be selected for inspection, which is random. Once through Customs, continue walking through two sets of sliding glass doors until you are OUTSIDE of the terminal. MIE transportation escorts will be OUTSIDE holding signage with the Bankers Life / PMA name and logo. You will be escorted to your transportation vehicle where MIE staff will assist in loading your luggage.
