We’re not the typical destination management company. We first help our clients establish goals and objectives, and then help them plan programs to meet their objectives.
We manage the entire events planning process, including airline consulting, ground transportation, site inspections, hotel accommodations, theme parties, meeting services, activities, tours, team building events, local staff, and room amenities.
We work closely with you, and because we are based in Chicago, it is easier to work with us on the planning phase. But we are also present throughout the actual program, to insure that everything goes according to plan, and that everyone who participates has an experience they will remember.

Adam Lawhorne, CEO (CITE), of Meeting Incentive Experts, created the company because he saw a need for total destination services for meeting and incentive programs.
A full service Destination Expert company, we provide professional services to our customers. What makes MIE different from our competitors is our attention to detail during the planning and the execution of your program, and our offices in the USA and Mexico.
Our greatest asset is to have native staff in Los Cabos, Cancún and Puerto Vallarta who have worked in the business for more than 10 years in both destination management services and for Hotels and Resorts with extensive leadership skills. We use our knowledge and connections in all our destinations as an advantage for your program.
Adam Lawhorne, our CEO (CITE), has been in the business for over 20 years. His experience also includes being a past Society of Incentive & Travel Executives (SITE) Chicago Chapter President for 2 years, and he is an active member of the Mexico Tourism Board of Directors.
